Thornton Community
Band for Adults
The Thornton Arts, Sciences, and Humanities Council is proud to
announce the formation of the Thornton Community Band. You
are invited to visit the web site at
www.thorntonband.webs.com , read the
information on the FAQ page listed there, then fill out the
musician survey if that interests you. If not, we ask your
help in sending this information to musician friends who may be
interested in playing in this band. We are holding a
director search as well as for more players. Rehearsals
will be held in the Skyview High School
band room (8990 York St, Denver, 80229).
Initial interest has already been very strong, and we are hoping
to begin rehearsals in
March, 2008.
Annual CHBA Alumni
Reunions
 Each
year, in conjunction with the annual CHBA Spring Concert CHBA hosts
an annual alumni reunion.
After the concert
we walk over to Old Chicago's at 15 & Market in Downtown Denver.
