Tax Deductible Donations
Colorado Honor Band is a
non-profit with a mission of
opening a world of possibilities to students through the avenue of
music education. We are dedicated to offering our high quality program
at an affordable cost so that all interested families may participate.
In addition to preserving low membership dues, we are fortunate to be
able to provide scholarships each year for families with acute financial
need. In order to maintain our affordability and our scholarship
program, we rely heavily on funds received through grants and
donations. The generosity of our members has funded numerous
Membership and Summer Camp Scholarships as well as a variety of CHBA
expenses such as instrument repair, new sheet music purchases, and
concert program printing costs.
We are very grateful for this
support and invite you to consider making a monthly donation to Colorado
Honor Band according to your means. Simply note on the memo line of
your monthly dues check that the added amount is intended as a
contribution, and let us know if you would like us to reserve your
contribution for a specific purpose (i.e. Summer Camp Scholarship,
students’ book/uniform fees, general operating costs, etc.) All
contributions are tax deductible, and we will send you a tax
receipt at the end of the year.
